How it works
Tape-ins are pre-cut, flat wefts of hair backed with a medical-grade hypoallergenic adhesive — the same family used for sensitive-skin medical tape. The stylist sandwiches a thin section of your natural hair between two tape wefts so the adhesive bonds top-to-top, leaving the section nearly invisible. Because the wefts lie flat against your scalp, tape-ins are the most comfortable everyday-wear option, the fastest to install, and the easiest to remove cleanly with the right oil-based releaser.
